30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your FurEase™ purchase.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible:

• Item must be unused and in original condition.
• Item must be returned in original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Non-returnable items:

• Products damaged due to misuse.
• Items returned after 30 days.

   

  Refunds:

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
